We may photograph or videotape events and program participants from time to time, and these images may
be used by the City of Henderson in print or electronic media unless specifically requested otherwise by a
participant or parent/guardian.
As a valued customer you are always our highest priority. If you are unhappy with the quality of any Parks
and Recreation program (excepting adult sports leagues and one-day programs), please let us know prior to
the second class meeting so that we can suggest another program or offer a refund.
